At SERENEDE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer returns and exchanges on unworn items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all SERENEDE tags and labels remain intact to qualify for a refund.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
